Silver Queen Villa is the perfect venue for your wedding. The mountain backdrop makes for spectacular photos. Your wedding party can stay at the villa with you and we can help you arrange additional area lodging.
ENGAGEMENTS
Are you ready to pop the question? We can help create your special moment for you. Let us know in advance and for an additional fee, we can set up a private chef, candles, champagne, rose petals, and make your day magical.
BIRTHDAYS
Did someone say theater room with a popcorn machine? You heard that right. Enjoy your birthday in our theater room while snacking on fresh popcorn, playing records on the vinyl turn table, and playing games off the game shelf.
BABY SHOWERS
Are you a local and need an occasion space to host a baby shower? SQV has a great floorplan and open concept. Every window has a great view. You can also use the outdoor deck space to set up food or use as a bar.
COOKING CLASSES
Now that you are on vacation, you finally found time to relax and unwind. If you are a foodie, SQV if perfect for you. We have a recipe book that you can play around with and can recommend cooking classes that will be held at the villa.

How many guests can SQV accommodate?
SQV can hold approximately 15-20 people.
How many guests can SQV accommodate for a formal sit down dinner?

What equipment do you provide?
Only the villa. We do not provide additional seating, tents, catering, etc. However, we are more than happy to recommend local vendors to you for all of your needs.
Are there vendor restrictions?
We urge that you use one of our recommended caterers to ensure the best service the day of your wedding. We can also make recommendations for a private chef or delivery of lunch or dinner from a favorite list of restaurants nearby.
Do you have noise restrictions?
Yes. Keep noise to a minimum.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. You can bring your own alcohol to SQV.
How many people can SQV sleep?
SQV can sleep comfortably 12 people.
Where should our additional out of town guests stay?
SQV has partnered with our neighboring houses which are also vacation rentals. Depending on their availability, you can try to house all the guests in 3 houses right next to each other. If the neighboring vacation rentals are unavailable, we will recommend some hotels nearby in town.
Can my guests leave their cars at the house overnight?
Parking is only allowed in the driveway or garage. There is enough total parking for 4 vehicles. There is no on-street parking in residential neighborhoods in the town of Breckenridge.
How do we get to the house if we don't have a car or if parking is full at the house?
We will arrange for buses to shuttle guests from the gondola parking lots up to the house. Large buses are not allowed. No privately owned, non-governmental vehicle with a passenger capacity of sixteen (16) persons or more shall be used to transport persons to or from the house, or parked upon the premises of the house.
Where do we dispose trash?
Dispose of trash on pick-up day only: Monday. Use proper trash receptacles please.
